Calm the mind

To calm him down, first of all, go to a quiet place, and whatever thoughts are coming to you, either write them down on paper and think about them. Like if I have this idea in my mind that I have to write a book or I have to study then first of all I will divide it into small parts I have to write one topic in a day when you think that. If you do, you will have thoughts about it throughout the day and then you should sit down and write it down in a certain part of the day

Also, if you want to do something else, always remember to start small, like reading a book or memorizing a lesson. will be able to remember.

And whenever you read a book you will think that I have to read it only once and not to memorize and understand what is written in it to calm the mind.

It is very important to get enough sleep which should be around seven to eight hours

Second, you have to look at every problem in a positive way

And whenever a bad thought about a person or thing comes into your mind, then you have to explain to your mind that this thought has been put in me by someone else and yes you can also say it in this way that it is better not to think bad about anyone.
